Legislative Study
	The general operating expenses of this Commission are projected to be $4,285 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $4,910 in fiscal year 2008-09.  The Legislature's proposed budget includes $30,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $20,000 in fiscal year 2008-09 for legislative studies.  Whether the amounts are sufficient to fund all studies will depend on the number of studies authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature.
