Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Includes appropriations of $960,224 for 2007-08 and $1,939,652 for 2008-09 for the costs of providing 2% cost-of-living adjustments for residential care facilities, as well as allocations for matching funds for the portion of these additional costs that are eligible for Medicaid reimbursement. Also includes an appropriation of $28,624 for 2007-08 and $29,753 for increased reimbursement for heating costs for these residential care facilities.  These heating costs are not eligible for Medicaid reimbursement.
