| The Learning Systems program within the Department of Education will require a one-time Federal Expenditures Fund allocation of $50,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 to contract for the services necessary to separate standards related to family life skills that are currently imbedded in the existing content standards and include them in the new family life skills content standard. According to the Department of Education, there are sufficient federal funds available within this program to support this expenditure. | ||||||
