| The introduction of a new veterans cash lottery game will reduce General Fund revenue and increase dedicated revenue collected by the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management by an estimated $450,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $900,000 in each fiscal year thereafter. The Veterans Cash Fund within the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management will require Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $450,000 and $900,000 in fiscal years 2007-08 and 2008-09, respectively. | ||||||
