| This legislation contains a General Fund appropriation to the Bureau of Human Resources within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services of $75,250 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $75,160 in fiscal year 2008-09 for one Disability Employment Services Coordinator position and general operating expenses. Due to the expected effective date of October 1, 2007 for this bill, the General Fund appropriation in fiscal year 2007-08 should be reduced to $56, 437. The additional costs associated with agencies providing copies of their disability employment plans and annual updates to the Labor Committee and to the Commission on Disability and Employment can be absorbed by the respective departments utilizing existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
