| The Legislature is required to seek an outside grant to fund updating a 2002 study. The bill includes a General Fund appropriation to the Legislature of $5,750 in fiscal year 2008-09 to contract out for professional services for grant writing and technical assistance. The bill also includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Legislature of $235,100 in fiscal year 2008-09 to permit expenditure of an outside grant. | ||||||
