Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The authorization of a new animal welfare lottery game will result in the loss of General Fund revenue from currently authorized games; the estimated amounts are $299,700 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $600,000 in each fiscal year thereafter.  The establishment of a new animal welfare lottery game will also result in the increase of Other Special Revenue Funds revenue collected by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources for the Animal Welfare Fund and for the Companion Animal Sterilization Fund; the estimated amounts for each fund are $149,850 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $300,000 in each fiscal year thereafter.
