| This legislation will require a General Fund appropriation to the State Planning Office within the Executive Department of $10,000 in fiscal year 2007-08. This appropriation will provide funds for contractual services and other general operating expenses associated with developing a rule that defines smart growth to include the reuse and rehabilitation of existing buildings. | ||||||
