| This resolve authorizes the State to waive tort claims limitation on damages to allow Lucas Tolliver to recover up to $1,000,000 of the damage award amount allocated to the State by an October 10, 2006 Cumberland County Superior Court jury verdict in favor of Lucas Tolliver. The Treasurer of State will require an appropriation to pay the award amount allocated to the State on final process issued by either the Superior or Supreme Judicial Court. | ||||||
