| Establishing a 5% limit to the amount of state subsidy that a school administrative unit could lose from the previous year will not affect the General Fund appropriation needed to fund the State's share of General Purpose Aid for Local Schools in fiscal year 2007-08 or in future years. However, this requirement will change the distribution of state subsidy among local school administrative units beginning in fiscal year 2007-08 will some local units receiving more state subsidy and some local units receiving less state subisdy. The impact to individual school administrative units can not be determined at this time. | ||||||
