| The bill includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $1,925 in each of fiscal years 2007-08 and 2008-09 to the Department of Conservation for the per diem of the Allagash Wilderness Waterway Advisory Council. The bill also establishes the Allagash Wilderness Waterway Permanent Endowment Fund as a dedicated nonlapsing account within the Parks - General Operations program in the department. | ||||||
