Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Dedicating a portion of cigarette tax revenue will reduce General Fund revenue and increase Other Special Revenue Funds by an estimated $1,018,615 in fiscal year 2008-09.  In addition, the Governor's proposed budget for the 2008-2009 biennium, LD 499, includes a proposal to increase the cigarette tax by $1 per package.  This estimate may need to be revised based on the final legislative action on LD 499.
