| Appropriates $240,000 in 2008-09 to provide financial resources to the Portland Identification and Early Referral (PIER) program to continue its efforts to prevent new cases of psychosis and psychotic disorders in adolescents and young adults. Also appropriates $58,704 million in 2008-09 (and allocates federal funds) for additional costs to the MaineCare program as a result of a restructuring of the PIER program that will result in increased MaineCare billing for eligible youth. | ||||||
