| The additional costs to the State Employee Health Commission and the Dirigo Health Agency in completing the evaluation and issuing the required report can be absorbed utilizing existing budget resources of the commission and the agency. | ||||||
| This legislation directs the State Employee Health Commission to evaluate the feasibility of the Legislature as an employer group in the Dirigo Health Program. Until the report is issued in December of 2007, it is not possible to determined the fiscal impact of this proposal on the Legislature. | ||||||
