| This bill includes ongoing Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $15,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $20,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2008-09 to the Office of Licensing and Registration within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation for the costs associated with the Board of Pharmacy contracting with another agency to operate the pharmacist health program. The Board of Pharmacy has sufficient resources to fund the allocation within existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
