Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Establishing a cap on the rate of annual lease fees will result in a decrease in Other Special Revenue Funds that are collected by the Land Management and Planning program within the Department of Conservation; the estimated amounts are $27,000 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $36,000 in each fiscal year thereafter. The loss of this dedicated revenue will also result in decreased expenditures of these amounts during the same time period.
