	Establishes a new Class E crime. The collection of additional fines may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Repealing the laws which establish various bear hunting fees will result in the loss of General Fund revenue collected by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife; the estimated amounts are $7,600 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $38,000 in each fiscal year thereafter.
