| This amendment eliminates the General Fund costs of the bill and in its place authorizes a limited-period Director of Landowner Relations position within the Department of Conservation and includes total Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $83,114 and $89,044 in fiscal years 2007-08 and 2008-09, respectively. 40% of the funding for this position is provided by the Department of Conservation and 60% comes from the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. This amendment also authorizes the transfer of $49,868 and $53,426 in fiscal years 2007-08 and 2008-09, respectively, from the Carrying Balance General Fund program within the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to a dedicated account within the Department of Conservation. | ||||||
