Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Beginning in fiscal year 2007-08, reducing the registration fees for home-based manufacturers of pet foods will reduce annual General Fund and dedicated revenue collected by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources by $1,850 for each revenue source.
