Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment makes adjustments to Highway Fund allocations to the Department of Transportation , eliminates proposed increases for certain motor vehicle related fees that are deposited into the Highway Fund, deletes the GARVEE bond authorization which was enacted in a previous public law and eliminates those elements of the bill affecting General Fund appropriations and revenue.
