| This amendment establishes the Maine Nuclear Power Council. Members of the council are not authorized to receive compensation. Staff of the council members from the Public Utilities Commission, the Governor's office of energy independence and security and the Office of the Public Advocate are authorized to provide staffing when available and within their available resources. | ||||||
