| This legislation will result in the collection of additional dedicated revenue to the Ground Water Oil Clean Up Fund within the Department of Environmental Protection of $52,500 annually beginning in fiscal year 2009-10. This additional revenue will be derived from the registration of 1500 additional oil storage tanks. The additional costs associated with this legislation can be absorbed by the Department of Environmental Protection utilizing existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
