| This amendment reduces by $1 the amount of each initial registration and renewal of the various specialty license plates that is deposited into the Highway Fund, and results in a reduction in Highway Fund revenue in fiscal year 2008-09 of $124,214. It also increases Other Special Revenue Funds by the same amount in fiscal year 2008-09 as a result of depositing the additional $1 from each initial registration and renewal into the various Other Special Revenue Funds license plate accounts. | ||||||
