| This amendment authorizes an advance of up to $500,000 from the Board of Pesticides Control within the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources to the Animal Welfare Fund within the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources to meet expenditures of the Animal Welfare Fund program. All funds advanced must be returned to the Board of Pesticides Control before the close of the fiscal year in which the advance is made. | ||||||
