| Fiscal Detail and Notes | ||||||
| Requiring the Department of Education to select an innovative model of consolidated and integrated secondary and postsecondary education and ensure that construction funding for the model is included in the next full round of new school construction funding may reduce the funds available to other approved school construction projects due to the State's debt service limit for schools pursuant to 20-A MRSA §15905, sub-§1(A). The impact can not be determined at this time and will depend on the cost of the model selected. | ||||||
