| This bill will require a General Fund appropriation to the State Planning Office within the Executive Department of $66,514 in fiscal year 2008-09 for a part-time Planner II position, general operating expenses and contractual services to administer additional training requirements regarding building energy codes and the certification of Energy Code Inspectors. | ||||||
| The additional costs associated with rulemaking, assisting in training and certification and other requirements can be absorbed by the Public Utilities Commission utilizing existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
