	The general operating expenses of authorizing the Joint Standing Committee on Judiciary to review the recommendations of the Right To Know Advisory Committee and develop recommendations to continue, modify or repeal each public record exception or to revise language to clarify the existing public record exceptions are projected to be $4,875 in fiscal year 2008-09.  The Legislature's proposed budget includes $20,000 in fiscal year 2008-09 for legislative studies.  Whether the amount is sufficient to fund all studies will depend on the number of studies authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature
