Amend the amendment in section 2 in §6312 in subsection 4 by striking out the first 6 lines (page 2, lines 29 to 34 in amendment) and inserting the following:

Committee Amendment "B" sets fees for registering annually on the registry of $5 for a resident, $15 for a nonresident and $10 for a resident lifetime registration. This amendment changes the fee structure so that there is only a $21 fee for a nonresident to register annually on the registry. A resident must still register but there is no registration fee.
