| Approval of this major substantive rule will result in an increase in the child care licensing fee from $40 per year to $160 for a two year license and will increase General Fund revenue by $129,040 in FY 10 and by $64,520 in FY 11, consistent with the phase in of the two-year license requirement. This increase was originally budgeted upon enactment of PL 2005, c. 12, Part KK but after the rule increasing the fee was delayed, the increase was removed from revenue forecast assumptions. Therefore, now approving this major substantive rule including the increase in fees will increase General Fund revenues above revenue forecast assumptions. | ||||||
