| This bill may result in an increase in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue and expenditures if contributions are received for this memorial. The Bureau of General Services will establish an account to accomodate receipt and expenditure of contributions from all sources. The bill prohibits the use of General Fund money to support the construction costs. | ||||||
