| Extending the Property Tax and Rent Refund Program to include relief for the cost of petroleum-based heating fuel will necessitate funding to Maine Revenue Services for three new positions, computer programming and additional mailing and postage due to anticipated participation increase. The reduction to General Fund revenue is expected to start at approximately $30,000,000 beginning in FY 2009-10. | ||||||
