| The authorization of an animal welfare specialty trailer registration plate will require a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation in fiscal year 2009-10 of $6,000 to the Secretary of State for the costs of manufacturing the plates. The new plate will increase Highway Fund revenue in fiscal year 2009-10 by an estimated $3,000, increase dedicated revenue to the Specialty License Plate Fund within the Secretary of State by an estimated $300 in fiscal year 2009-10 and increase dedicated revenue to the Animal Welfare Fund within the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources by $2,700 in fiscal year 2009-10. | ||||||
