| This bill extends from one year to ten years the amount of time a developer has to revegetate stripped or graded areas before those areas are included in the 3-acre site law review threshold. Currently a Site Location Development project review is completed within one year of the development with a fee of $8400 paid to the Maine Environmental Protection Fund. With the extended time period from one to ten years for revegation, DEP expects one less project review will be completed each year. | ||||||
