Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes a one-time General Fund deappropriation of $45,856 in fiscal year 2009-10 associated with savings from the suspension of cost of living adjustments for legislators' salaries during the Second Regular Session of the 124th Legislature.
	The Biennial Budget Bill, LD 353 as amended, also includes this provision.  Assuming that the budget passes as amended by the Joint Standing Committee on Appropriations and Financial Affairs, this savings would not be available for deappropriation.
