| This legislation proposes to transfer the Fort Knox State Historic Site from the Department of Conservation to the Friends of Fort Knox on or before May 15, 2010. It would result in a loss of General Fund revenue of $21,696 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $94,743 beginning in fiscal year 2010-11. It would also result in a General Fund deappropriation to the Department of Conservation of $31,996 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $129,127 beginning in fiscal year 2010-11 and an Other Special Revenue Funds deallocation to the Department of Conservation of $14,007 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $71,112 beginning in fiscal year 2010-11. | ||||||
