	The general operating expenses of this legislative review are projected to be $1,625 in fiscal year 2009-10 based on the assumption that this review would require one additional unbudgeted meeting during the interim between legislative sessions.  The Legislature's proposed budget includes $10,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 for legislative studies.  Whether the amounts are sufficient to fund all studies will depend on the number of studies authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature.
