| This bill would allow the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians to conduct high-stakes beano and bingo and would result in increased Other Special Revenue Funds revenue of $50,000 beginning in fiscal year 2009-10 related to high-stakes beano licensing fees. The bill includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Department of Public Safety of $58,210 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $81,473 in fiscal year 2010-11 for one Public Safety Inspector II position and related administrative costs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. | ||||||
