Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill would establish a new fund, the State Parks Improvement Fund, within the Department of Conservation, Bureau of Parks and Lands.  It would require an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Department of Conservation of $2,500 in fiscal year 2008-09, $7,500 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $10,000 beginning in fiscal year 2010-11 for the purchase of material for resale.
