| This legislation would result in a loss of Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to the Department of Public Safety of $196,000 beginning in fiscal year 2009-10 and a corresponding increase in General Fund revenue in the same amount. This amount is based upon funds received from forfeiture of property in the prior year. The Department of Public Safety, Drug Enforcement Agency, will require a General Fund appropriation of $89,488 beginning in fiscal year 2009-10 to replace this funding. | ||||||
