	Additional costs to the Department of Education to participate in the work group can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.  However, to the extent that the Department of Education's resources may be needed to conduct research and data analysis for the work group, a General Fund appropriation may be required to contract for consultant services to conduct the required work.  The cost can not be determined at this time.
	Additional costs to the Department of Health and Human Services are expected to be minor and should be able to be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
