Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This legislation includes a General Fund deappropriation to the Department of Conservation of $40,769 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $54,941 in fiscal year 2010-11 for the elimination of funding for 50% of one Public Service Manager III position.  It also includes an Other Special Revenue Funds deallocation of $40,766 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $54,939 in fiscal year 2010-11 for the elimination of funding for the other 50% of the Public Service Manager III position, and an Other Special Revenue Funds deallocation of $55,322 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $76,034 in fiscal year 2010-11 for the elimination of funding for one Public Service Coordinator I position.
