	This bill includes General Fund deappropriations of $199,086 in fiscal yeat 2009-10 and $273,231 in fiscal year 2010-11, Financial and Personnel Services Fund deallocations of $754,340 in fiscal year 2009-2010 and $1,027,161 in fiscal year 2010-11 and Real Property Lease Internal Service Fund deallocations of $84,200 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $115,590 in fiscal year 2010-11 due to the elimination of 14 positions within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services and the Executive Department.
