Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Department of Administrative and Financial Services has identified the need for a General Fund appropriation of $67,825 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $108,754 in fiscal year 2010-11 for one Public Service Coordinator II position within the Office of Employee Relations as a result of the inclusion of employees of the Child Development Services System in the collective bargaining process.
	Additional costs to the Department of Education can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
