| Exempting certain school administrative units from the minimum student enrollment requirements in the laws governing the reorganization of school administrative units will not impact the total state and local cost of funding K-12 public education or the State's share of that cost. However, the exemption of certain requirements will impact the distribution of State subsidy among school administrative units by reducing the number of nonconforming units subject to penalties. The impact to individual school administrative units can not be determined at this time. | ||||||
