| This bill includes an Other Special Revenue Funds deallocation of $500,000 annually from the Fund for the Efficient Delivery of Local and Regional Services. The bill also directs money that would have been deposited into this fund to be deposited in the Municipal Investment Trust Fund resulting in an increase of $500,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2010-11. The Governor's proposed budget for the 2010-2011 biennium, LD 353, includes changes to the Fund for the Efficient Delivery of Local and Regional Services that will affect this estimate. | ||||||
