| This bill redirects 3% of the net slot machine income collected from the Racino in Bangor that had been going to the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Substance Abuse. The reduction in General Fund revenue would be $1,643,902 in fiscal year 2010-11 and the Department of Health and Human Services would receive a corresponding increase in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue. The Department of Health and Human Services would also require an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation in the same amount for supporting gambling addiction analysis, prevention and treatment. | ||||||
