| The original bill redirected 3% of the net slot machine income collected from the racino in Bangor that had been going to the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Substance Abuse. This amendment reduces the amount being redirected to $50,000, delays the start until fiscal year 2011-12 and compensates for the lost General Fund revenue with an ongoing General Fund deappropriation to the Gambling Control Board of $50,000 annually. As amended, the remaining impact of the bill is to provide $50,000 annually in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue with a corresponding allocation to the Office of Substance Abuse, Problem Gambling Fund, for gambling addiction analysis, prevention and treatment beginning in fiscal year 2011-12. | ||||||
