The bill includes
a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $6,000 in fiscal year
2009-10 to the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources for
database changes to accommodate three levels of fee structures for licensing
breeding kennels. Other Special
Revenue Funds revenue will increase by $1,200 beginning in fiscal year
2009-10 from licensing fees. This
estimate is based on calendar year 2008 data.
The additional costs to the Department of the Attorney General can be
absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources. |
