| The Board of Counseling Professionals Licensure within the Office of Licensing and Registration and the Administrative Services - Professional and Financial Regulation program within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation will require one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $1,500 and $2,500, respectively, in fiscal year 2009-10 for the costs associated with providing provisional licenses to qualified applicants. Issuing the provisional license is expected to increase dedicated revenue to the Board by approximately $700 per year beginning in fiscal year 2009-10. This estimate assumes that 4 provisional licenses are issued annually. | ||||||
