| The Legislature will require a General Fund appropriation of $5,750 in fiscal year 2009-10 to contract for professional services for grant writing and other technical assistance. | ||||||
| This bill includes an allocation of $60,000 in fiscal year 2010-11 to authorize expenditures of any outside grant funding secured to fully-fund the cost of the updated feasibility study. If no outside funding is received by August 1, 2009, no expenses of any kind related to this study may be incurred. Based on the time frames specified in the resolve, the allocation section should be amended to move the allocation to fiscal year 2009-10. | ||||||
